If yes, we already share the way we work. Since the start of my career, I have been working mostly with medium-sized companies as employers or clients with a turnover of up to 1 billion euros.

Are you a manufacturer of industrial goods?  
I have been working in B2B for 30 years and have gained experience in many sectors:
Construction materials, furniture components, plastics, plant and mechanical engineering, energy and environmental technology.

Is a critical vacancy linked to the challenges?  
As an interim executive, I take over the vacant position with P&L responsibility for a certain period of time, full or part-time.

Is a new role or  position to be put in operation? 
Start-ups in particular cannot estimate the success and development of a new product or business area. They therefore shy away from the high fixed costs of full-time salaried managers.
 
Taking on a new role with a customized time intensity offers my clients maximum flexibility.

Shall the existing management be strengthened and supported?  
As a board advisor and mentor, I am called in when the existing responsible managers are to continue the project and to build on the success of the intervention.
